General Terms and Condition
Welcome to WECERT Training Academy, a division of WECERT Quality Certificates Issuing Services (“us”, “we”, or “our”). We are dedicated to providing high-quality training courses while ensuring the utmost professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. By enrolling in our training courses, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment Policy:
Payment for public course offerings is due upon registration. Course registration is not official until payment is received. Payment for online registrations can be made by the following credit cards MasterCard, or Visa. If you are a WECERT Certification Client and would prefer to be invoiced, please contact WECERT at UAE: +971 (04) 834 8589.
Course fees do not include applicable taxes, but do include refreshments and lunch (where provided).
2. General Policies:
2.1. Absence of Discrimination:
WECERT Training Academy upholds a strict policy of non-discrimination. This means that we do not discriminate against individuals based on any protected characteristic such as race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. Our training courses are open to all individuals who meet the requirements for enrollment, regardless of their background or personal characteristics.
2.2. Independence, Impartiality:
At WECERT Training Academy, we maintain independence and impartiality in all aspects of our operations. This means that we conduct our training courses objectively and without bias. We ensure that our Trainers and Staff members are free from any conflicts of interest that could compromise the integrity of our training programs. By maintaining independence and impartiality, we uphold the trust and confidence of our trainees and stakeholders in the quality and fairness of our training services.
2.3. Confidentiality:
WECERT Training Academy respects the confidentiality of all trainees’ personal information and course-related materials. This includes any information shared with us during the course of training, such as personal data, course materials, and assessment results. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our trainees and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of providing training services. Our Privacy Policy ensures that trainees can trust us with their sensitive information and feel confident in the security of their data.
3. Obligations:
3.1. Obligations of WECERT:
WECERT Training Academy is dedicated to providing comprehensive and effective training courses to our valued trainees. Our obligations encompass various aspects ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality in our training programs. Specifically, our obligations include:
- Quality Training Delivery: We are committed to delivering training courses that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Our Trainees are highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields, ensuring that trainees receive relevant and up-to-date training.
- Professional Conduct: WECERT Training Academy Staff and Trainers adhere to strict codes of professional conduct. We conduct ourselves with integrity, honesty, and transparency in all interactions with trainees, ensuring a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Compliance with Regulations: We ensure that our training courses comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements. This includes adhering to industry best practices and staying up-to-date with any changes or updates in regulations.
- Providing Resources: WECERT Training Academy provides trainees with the necessary resources, materials, and support to facilitate their learning experience. This may include course materials, online resources, practical exercises, and access to instructors for guidance and assistance.
- Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement in our training programs. We regularly evaluate and update our courses to incorporate feedback from trainees and industry developments, ensuring that our training remains relevant and effective.
3.2. Obligations of Trainees:
As a trainee enrolled in a WECERT Training Academy course, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of your learning experience. Your obligations include:
- Active Participation: Trainees are expected to actively participate in all aspects of the training course, including lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and assessments. Active participation enhances the learning experience and contributes to your overall understanding of the subject matter.
- Compliance with Policies: Trainees are required to comply with all policies and guidelines set forth by WECERT Training Academy. This includes adhering to attendance requirements, academic integrity standards, and code of conduct during training sessions.
- Preparation and Study: Trainees are responsible for adequately preparing for training sessions and completing any assigned pre-course reading or assignments. This may involve reviewing course materials, practicing skills, and seeking clarification on any concepts or topics as needed.
- Respectful Behavior: Trainees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner towards Trainers, Staff, and fellow Trainees. This includes maintaining a positive attitude, listening attentively, and refraining from disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
- Feedback and Communication: Trainees are encouraged to provide feedback on their learning experience and communicate any concerns or questions to instructors or academy staff. Open communication helps us address any issues promptly and improve our training programs for future participants.
By fulfilling these obligations, both WECERT Training Academy and Trainees contribute to a positive and rewarding learning experience that promotes knowledge acquisition, skill development, and professional growth.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Refer to the Cancellation Policy.
5. Re-examination Policy:
The Policy for Re-Examination allows trainees who fail the final examination to participate in a new examination upon meeting certain criteria and paying the required fees. The re-examination provides trainees with an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the course material and improve their performance.
Failure Notification:
Trainees who fail to achieve the minimum passing score in the final examination will be notified of their results promptly after the examination.
Re-Examination Eligibility:
Trainees who fail the final examination are eligible to participate in a re-examination.
To be eligible, trainees must:
- Have attended all training sessions and completed all required activities.
- Submit a formal request for re-examination within the specified timeframe.
- Pay the re-examination fee as outlined in the training program’s fee structure.
Re-Examination Process:
- The re-examination will consist of new examination questions covering the same course content.
- Trainees will be scheduled for the re-examination at a convenient time and location determined by WECERT Training Academy office.
- Trainees must adhere to all examination rules and procedures during the re-examination.
Fees:
- Trainees requesting a re-examination are required to pay the designated re-examination fee.
- The fee amount will be communicated to trainees upon their request for re-examination.
Results:
- Trainees will receive their re-examination results within a reasonable timeframe after completing the re-examination.
- If a trainee achieves the minimum passing score in the re-examination, they will be considered to have passed the course.
- Trainees failing the re-examination once will not be eligible for further re-examination.
- Trainees failing the re-examination once will receive a certificate of attendance acknowledging their participation in the training course.
- The certificate will not indicate successful completion of the course.
5. Early Bird Discount Fee Policy:
The Early Bird discount cannot be combined with any other discount offers provided by WECERT Training Academy and cannot be transferred.
6. Registrations on Behalf of Others:
If you are purchasing a course registration for someone else or for multiple other students, you are responsible for assigning the registration to the correct student and ensuring their attendance. These registrations follow our standard payment and cancellation policies.
7. Liability:
WECERT shall only be liable for damages caused by breaches of duty against the contract if intent or gross negligence can be proven. WECERT shall have no liability for delays or loss due to force major circumstances or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from false, misleading, or incomplete documentation provided by the client. The total liability of WECERT to the client will be limited to an amount equal to the annual fees payable under the contract.
8. Disputes:
Any disputes arising from or related to the certification agreement will be governed by the laws of the U.A.E. and fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of the United Arab Emirates.
