Introduction

Over the course of three days, participants will acquire the necessary skills to effectively manage quality within their organization.

one of the main focuses of this course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and its requirements. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems and knowledge of its requirements is essential for implementing an effective QMS.

participants will also learn how to develop quality policies and procedures. these are important components of QMS as they outline the organization’s approach to qualify and provide guidelines for employees to follow.

Managing audit activity is another key aspect covered in this course. audits are an essential part of maintaining a QMS, as they help identify areas for improvement and snsure compliance with quality standards. participants will learn how to plan, conduct and followm up to audits effectively.

implementing corrective action is another skill that participants will gain from attending this course. corrective actions are taken to address non-confirmities or areas where the organization’s performance falls short of expectations. participants will learn how to identify root causes, develop corrective action plans and monitor their effectiveness.

Lastly, participants will learn how to develop an effective management review process. management reviews are conducted to evaluate the performance of the QMS and identify opportunities for improvement. Participants will learn how to gather relevant data, analyze it and present it to management for review.
