Cancelation Policy

1. Payment:

Payment for public course offerings is due upon registration. Course registration is not considered official until payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your course registration at least 30 calendar days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations made between 29 and 15 calendar days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested less than 15 calendar days before the course start date.
Alternatively, you may contact us up to 15 calendar days prior to the course and arrange to transfer to another course. However, when a transfer request is made, a new course date must be selected. No transfer requests will be allowed less than 15 calendar days before the course start date. Transfers are ineligible for discounts and promotions.

3. Cancellation and Transfer Requests:

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to training@wecert.net. Substitutes (swapping one registrant for another) will be accepted until one day prior to the course start date.

4. WECERT Course Cancellation or Location Change:

In the unlikely event that WECERT must cancel a course or change its location, please note that WECERT‘s liability is limited to the course fee. Customers have the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternative available course. Therefore, we advise against booking any nonrefundable travel accommodations until WECERT has confirmed the course status as “Confirmed”.

5. Foreign Travelers:

If you are a course attendee traveling from abroad and require a visa, please be aware of our cancellation policy time frames. Refunds will not be granted if you are unable to obtain a visa on time.
