This course focuses on understanding and managing operational risks within and framework of ISO standards. This course covers topics such as operational risk identification, assessment, treatment and control as well as the integration of operational risk management with other ISO standards.

ISO 31000 is the international standard for risk management, which provides guidelines and principles.
