1. Basics and Requirements of Quality Management Principles: Participants must have strong knowledge about concepts such as customer focus, process approach, and continual improvement.

2. Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015 Standard Requirements: Participants must have a solid understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and quality management systems to effectively engage with course content. Prior knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements is essential for optimal learning outcomes.

3. Experience in Organizational Processes: Participants with experience in organizational processes, such as project management, operations management, or quality assurance, will find it beneficial to relate course concepts to their practical experiences. This background knowledge enhances understanding and application of QMS principles within organizational contexts.

4. Familiarity with Auditing Concepts: Familiarity with auditing principles and practices, including internal audits, will aid participants in comprehending QMS evaluation and certification processes covered in the course. Prior knowledge of auditing concepts provides a framework for understanding compliance and assessment within QMS implementation.

5. Openness to Learning and Improvement: A willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new concepts and methodologies is crucial for participants to derive maximum benefit from the course. Participants should be open to exploring innovative approaches and implementing best practices to successfully implement QMS within their organizations.

You are encouraged to bring a laptop with you to class. Please bring a picture ID such as a Emirates ID, driver's license, passport, or work badge to class for verification purposes.

Soft Copy: You will receive an email prior to the course with instructions on how to access the online Student Handbook, which can be viewed, downloaded, or printed. 

NOTE: Copies of the standards are not included in the Course Fee. 

WECERT will make reasonable efforts to have loaner copies available for use during the class, but students are encouraged to have their own copy. Soft copies of the digital loaner standard cannot be printed or downloaded.
